I am happy to participate voluntarily in the recordings/photoshooting. 

I agree that the photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes of CERATIZIT SA or one of its subsidiaries. 

I waive my right to be named.

I am aware that I can revoke this consent at any time. I may address this revocation to CERATIZIT SA or to the above-mentioned subsidiary.
